How to delete all inactive Active directory (AD) users using ADManager Plus

ADManager Plus' reporting capability allows you to generate essential reports and also perform management operations from within these reports. It also enables you to view and delete all inactive AD users at once, with the help of AD reports. 

 

Steps to delete all inactive AD users using ADManager Plus:

    1. Logon to ADManager Plus and navigate to the AD Reports tab. 

    2. Click on Inactive Users report listed under the Logon Reports category. 

    3. Select the Domain and OUs for which you wish to view and delete the inactive users.  

    4. Select the period of inactivity using the Select the desired time period drop down.

    5. You can also exclude users who have never logged on and disabled users from this report. 

    6. Click Generate

    7. You can use the Add/Remove columns to include or exclude attributes from the report. 

    8. You can also use the Export As option to export the report to file formats such as PDF, CSV, HTML, and more. 

    9. Click on the Delete option located above the Quick Search option. Besides deleting inactive users, perform other AD management operations from within this report by clicking on More Actions
