Only one record imports from CSV file
I have a list of 96 keyboard assets to import from a csv file. Even though it shows all 96 assets imported fine, it only shows one keyboard imported from the list (the last one.)
I cannot find access to the work log times that are set when an issue is resolved.
I want to build a custom report with that time as a column in the report and I cannot find the field as an option in the custom report builder.
AD Manager Technician access issue

Enforce / Require (additional) fields to be filled out
Hello, when creating new resources, there is only one required field (resource name) to be filled out. I could not find an option to set required fields for new resources. We would like to enforce specific fields to be filled out when creating a new resource. As we are using dynamic groups and filter on specific fields, we need to enforce those fields to be filled out, otherwise users might forget to fill them out and as a result, some dynamic groups might miss some resources. Duplicate groups are being created
I have a problem where users are creating a new resource and select a group under the drop down list for group names. However when they do this, a new group gets created and added to PMP. For example: 1. I have a resource called "Applications" which contains 10 resources. 2. Another user (Joe Bloggs) creates a new resource and under group name they select "Applications". 3. In PMP under Password Explorer pane I can see a new item appear called Joe Bloggs's Group and under that is another group

Ticket passing through multiple groups registered in each for reporting purposes
Hello, I have an inquiry to make regarding the possibility of a particular request being able to be registered once for each group it is being assigned to in order for the reporting tables to present each groups workload correctly. I.E. Incoming email parsed, servicedesk creates request, assigns to group1. -> Technician1 of group1 performs actions, assigns to group2. -> Technician2 of group2 preforms actions, returns to group1. (Reported as Resolved for group 2) -> Technician 1 of group1 contacts
How do we change due date based on priority
Hi, I have set 4 SLAs for security incidents and I have set Priority to change as per conditions defined by us. In the servicedesk request template, there is a field to set the default SLA in the workflow. Once this is set, all requests temporarily set the due date as per that SLA. How do I make the due date change depending on the priority set?
Way for ticket to auto send an email to a company
Is there a way to have a helpdesk ticket send an email to another company based on our categories and our incident templates? certain tickets are for seperate companies and we have their email just want them to be able to receive emails when someone puts in a ticket instead of the helpdesk techs having to send an email themselves.

Hi all, After upgrade to version 10000, I see some errors at serverout.txt. It says [com.adventnet.servicedesk.asset.util.DiscoveryUtil]|[INFO]|[7067]: Exception while getting fqdn during scan :"assetname" [com.adventnet.servicedesk.asset.ComputerSystemInfo]|[SEVERE]|[7067]: Exception while getting FQDN : java.net.UnknownHostException: "assestname". Scanned Software Not showing Install
I'm banging my head against the Software Assets portion of ServiceDesk. I'm honestly not liking it due to menu navigation and inconsistencies of the data it reports. Auto - Merg Sites from AD

Hi there, I'm not sure if I could be pasting this wrong or if there is an action needed instead? I've tried to paste URLs into the chat window and they just get concatenated. In the latest build of Service Desk Plus 11006, we have introduced a function to filter Service templates. There are 3 filters "All templates", "Active Templates" and "Inactive Templates". The Inactive template filter will show the list of templates, which are disabled. A Service template can be instantly Enabled/Disabled, in order to disable a template, goto [ Admin tab -> Service catalog ] you can disable the desired template from the service template list using the "Disable Service" button.

Database query monitor for CDC latency
Hi I am trying to capture / report / alert on CDC latency initially setting up a simple sql against the system DMVs only reported the response time of the query not the results SELECT getdate() [CheckTime], latency AS seconds, (latency / 60.0) / 60.0 as [Hours] from [dbname].sys.dm_cdc_log_scan_sessions where session_id =0 this seems to be due to no PK for the DMV's and you cannot add them. Password Manager Pro disaster recovery.
Currently working on some disaster recovery documentation for our Password Manager Pro HA configuration. I am wondering, what are the options to recover a primary server in the event that the infrastructure it is running on is gone completely? Is there a way to promote a secondary server in an HA setup to be the primary server? Would it be recommended building a completely new server and do a restore from backup? Other options? Windows Server 2016 patching.
Folks - in our patching process, we approve the patches 30 days after they have been deployed to the test groups. Since the Windows 2016 patches get superseded every month, our Windows 2016 production servers are never getting patched, because the superseded updates are automatically disabled and cannot be used in the APD tasks. Does anyone have any work-arounds for this, other than getting those 2016 servers patched before the updates become superseded, which would require us to change our process

Ensuring the Resolution field is populated before setting Status to Resolved
Hi there, I'm configuring our SDP (Cloud) and when creating a test ticket I noticed that I am able to resolve the ticket without anything written in the Resolution field. I would like to ensure that the Resolution field is populated before our Technicians are able to mark a ticket as Resolved. Hi, I have a load of scheduled jobs to send out reports on the on one of our SDP instances and I have jobs set to run every 5 minutes and 2 jobs scheduled for every 5 minutes slot. What I'm seeing is the following on a random sporadic basis - Report 1 for user 1 set to run at 10:00 Report 2 for user 2 set to run at 10:00 User 1 gets report and the email is her email, but the attached report is for user 2.
