Cloud version of DTC
I am researching cloud versions of DTC. We have DTC now, but am looking to go cloud based. Is there a cloud version of DTC? If there is not, is there a plan to have a cloud version of DTC soon?

Unable to launch new install of SDP-MSP on new OS
Hi, We have installed on the production environment MSP version 9307, a free version. You must upgrade to the latest version. A test virtual machine (Windows 2008 R2) was created to test the update. And it installed version 9307 cleanly. And when I try to run it I can't get past the splash screen and have the message '.\changeJRE.bat' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. No missing updates on clients
Hi to everyone, I have successfully installed "ManageEngine Patch Connect Plus - Catalog edition" but for each product I see 0 updates requested and therefore I cannot distribute anything. How do I see the software that is missing and therefore need updating? For example "Google Chrome" is installed on many clients but on SCCM I see ZERO updates required .. why? Regards.

Is anyone using the ServiceDesk Plus hosted version with any email content filtering apps like Barracuda, or Mimecast. I would like to hear how you got around the email configuration of the appliance not connecting.
API Notes Help
I have an app that injects tickets into our on-prem system, this works flawlessly. I tried doing the same with a ticket note, example appears solid, it works from the little tester on the webpage. However when I do it from my app, or AdvancedREST that I use for testing, it fails stating the Technician key is invalid, but it is the same key that worked 30 seconds before to open the ticket through the API. Am I missing something?

Send user survey on demand
Hello, we are not using the user survey function yet but would like to initiate it. However I'd like to start slow by sending surveys in response to specific closed survey requests. These would be requests picked out by me, so using the "Match the following criteria" option in the survey configuration wouldn't work for me. Is there a way to select a closed request, and trigger a survey to be sent to the user? thanks
MDM icon rebranding
I Somehow found a setting to rebrand the MDM app on our tablets. I changed the icon to our logo and changed the name to YB MDM. It changed on one tablet but none of the others. It looks really great and professional. Anybody know where that setting is as I now cant find it again... whoops. I want to check if there is a setting I missed and that's why it only upgraded one tablet. This program is fabulous but I am on a steep learning curve.

Hi all, We are trying to configure the below circled field in the self service portal. What triggers this field to change? We want it to work with requests/incidents, not the service requests. We had assumed that when the request/incident is set to "awaiting user response" this would change.
Purchase Approver View
We have several purchase approvers that are not members of our IT team that need to be able to view all POs where they are listed as an approver. They should not have access to change or modify anything, view only. I need to have more advanced permissions within Purchasing to create the role to limit what is viewed. Our current options only include Cancelling a PO and Adding New Vendor Service.

OS deployment through software deployment in desktop central

Auto-close Incidents attached to a Problem and/or Change Request
When closing a Problem or completing a Change Request all Incidents attached should automatically close. There could be a large number of incidents that are attached to a Problem and it would be more efficient to close these along with the Problem rather than close them individually. This could be an option in the Change Closure Rules and Problem Closure Rules.

So everyone knows, there seems to be a HUGE virtual memory leak in the Desktop Central 10 Windows agent 10.0.466.W. Manage 33 computers and have had no problem with 30 of them. 1 cannot be added for some reason. I get "Access Denied". I have read the referenced KB. The "Enable Distributed COM" was already enabled, the "Enable DCOM Internet Services" was not. What is an appropriate authentication level for each of the following. Confusion over Product Numbers
I hate to admit it but I am totally confused as ManageEngine's product numbers. I am using the licensed version - currently 10.0.450. Reading the forum posts there are many references to problems existing in versions 10.0.466, 472, 473, 475, 476, 509, 510, and 511. The version that is being pushed right now is 10.0.478. Is 478 a "stable" release or does it suffer from the same problems as those others listed above? If it is "stable", then why aren't 509, 510, and 511? Honestly, I can not be the only

ADAudit export reports operation is not workng correctly
Hi!, my customer is using ADAudit and alll graph reports are not working at the time of export. The graphs are not exported, just a table format report. Is there a way to change this behaviour???
Custom SLA
Hi we have a customer who has an SLA in their contract for incidents. The SLA is for a Proposed SLA. I can easily add a new choice to the Status field called Proposed SLA. Is there any way to create an SLA that I can report on based on this value in the Status field. I know many other Service Management products allow for custom SLA beyond the two included in MSP (Response and Resolution). Thanks
Windows 10 Version Upgrades
Good Morning, i am working on a project to upgrade all of our Windows 10 versions to the current 1909. I am having a problem with some of the previous versions when I apply the configuration. I am getting error "Patch stored location is not available to download the patch from the server." This is happening on the local LAN and on the WAN but I have only investigated locally. In my office environment there are hundreds of Windows computers that are running itself (without human intervention) which allow auto reboot after Windows patch deployed, I wonder if I can setup an email notification when a machine has been finished rebooting (both manual reboot or auto reboot).

Survey Functionality only for default incident template?
Good Day We want to make use of the survey function of Servicedesk Plus. However we have multiple incident templates and the survey only gets sent if you close a ticket with the default template. If you close a ticket with another template, the survey does not get sent. How can I achieve, that the survey gets sent when closing any incident template?
