Hello I am trying to add a notification Action after a transition in one of our request life cycles. I designed a html Mail but I fail to add it correctly. When I add it, at first it does look good, however after saving, the message is not displayed correctly. If you send the message to an outlook client it is even worse. Also sometimes the editor crashes when I try to edit the HTML. Does someone have an idea how to fix this? I attached the html-file. Thank you very much!
Is there a way to create a "base"/first Configuration Setup?
Hi there, I am currently looking for a way to set up DesktopCentral so that a few Configurations are run automatically when the DC Agent is first installed on a "new" computer, well new to DC anyway. Have any of you had any success doing this? There are a few items that I would like to have automatically installed as soon as the agent starts talking to our DC Server. Intel driver updates and logitech driver updates not implemented
Hello, so the Intel posts links for the newer drivers needed for their systems. However, we do not see these updates for drivers and chipsets in desktopcentral. Could we get those added in our patch management? Also, logitech drivers for cameras and software is not in your store. Is there a reason why this is not applicable in your software deployments?

Error after restore .
Hi, We were migrating our PMP server to new location. New PMP version is same as old. DB restore was successful, but when starting the PMP services I am getting below error in startup logs. "single db multiple server has been disabled so this server which is secondary will not be started" Hope you provide the solution.

Broadcast message for currently logged in technicians
I would like a request a way to send a message to all currently logged in technicians so that they can be notified instantly. For instance let's say I need to reboot the server, I could send out a message saying that service desk plus will be restarted in 30 mins. There is the announcement feature that exists but this only works if the technicians goes and looks at home tab and they only usually see it at their initial login at the start of their work shift.

Can't delete 3 different member servers in AD Audit Plus
Actually I can delete them, but after a while (hours) they are automatically in the list again. I have tried to delete them 3 times now. When they are in the list, they fails to fetch event log data, because they are deleted from the AD and does not exist anymore. How can they be removed from permanently from AD Audit Plus?

I am making a field based on a capability matrix. Based on the vaule of the filed, i want the ticket to assign to one of two technician based on who has the least amount of open tickets. Looking for recommendation that are best to accomplish this task. Here is an example A service desk issue. The category would be Service desk, the techinian is Sheila Newman or Joyce Neider. Joyce has the least amount of open tickets, so the ticket is assigned to her. Can I do this?

Should i be running PMP 11 with a service account? I cannot seem to get the system to ever come up after changing to it.
