When a Budget is very large, Its very tedious to insert just one Budget, so introduce 13 identical budgets are very extreme time consuming.
I created a PO, and added those items as "Others" Category, as I think if I add as "Asset" Category is nonsense because I should not waste 1 asset for an addon (if I buy the 250 limit assets license, for me there is no sense if I consume 20 assets insertings Addons for a specific software). So, add all of that was very time consumpting for one budget. Now, I have added the first budget, there are 12 left. I created another PO and add again the same articles lines....
My concern is, how can I optimize this labor? I am doing something wrong? Can I duplicate a PO and then change its billing info? How do you manage this?
