Hi

Is there a report which shows who has reassigned a ticket & when? Something like

Request ID > Queue > Subject > Previous Tech > Current Tech > Operation Time (of reassignment)

This is on a MS-SQL database
Version 11.1.0 Build 11131

Trying to report on whether a ticket has moved through several technicians before someone was able to answer it
