QNAP NAS interface threshold configuration.
Hello, We have Opmanager 12.5.203 and recenty we added to our network a QNAP NAS. Add it to the inventory, but I can't find the option to set the threshold, that is by default 30% So, when something is downloaded or uploaded to the NAS I got this alarm.
How frequently does Microsoft Azure Integration Refresh Requesters
As we are making a change in AD how frequently is the data refreshed on the requester. For example a department or phone change for a requester. Also, if a requester is deleted from SD Plus will the Azure Integration add them back if the account is still on premise to SDP in the cloud? One of our techs imported a requester list during setup and we can't tell what was imported from each source and now have duplicates. I would be OK with deleting all duplicates if the integration will simply re-import
configuration stops 3/4th of the way trough
Hi there, I run configuration deploys on large sets and it seems the deployment just stops after a while, no in progress is shown. These are usually pretty urgent. Is there a way to force them to finish? thanks
inactive Users report
looking to get a reports of inactive users, but some of the users only log into the computer to start then uses office 365 for email. So they show up in the inactive users reports for AD users but they are using their AD account through directory sync

Black request form - requester name to "logged in user" by default for technican view
We are running 9304 build. When the user is try to submit the request using incident template. There is requester name field on mandatory. I believe it was automatically filled with the logged in user's detail (normal user or technician state was not matter) . However, this dose not happening any more and user must select self from large dropdown list. 99% of case the request is coming from logged in user and vary rare to use on behalf type request. When I attempt to deploy a image across a couple of models within the same manufacturer (Dell) I get that the image is to large.
