Hey,

We would like a feature to be able to "follow" a request.

For example;

if you're not the technician that are working on the request, but still needs to take part of the replies, information or updates that are coming to the request. We would like to be able to just press "follow" on the request to "subscribe" to its updates.

And "sharing" the request just gives permissions to read the request, but "follow" would notify you when the request gets a response (from technician or the requester)

I've seen traces of this before on PitStop: SDF-44999
