Exclude Nested Groups for User Reports - needed!
Has anyone been needing to exclude nested groups for user reports? We find this will come in super handy as we use the report to copy over groups for our new hires. Not having this feature makes an extra step of manually removing those nested groups out of the report which is way too time consuming. Hi all, I want to add an e-mail as conversation to a change in the same way as it works for requests. The e-mails I send unfortunately never arrive in SD Plus. What I do is: send an e-mail to our SD Plus mailbox with the change number in the subject ##CH-xx##, where xx is the change number. Email command Not Updating
I am attempting to configure Email Commands before going live, I have two custom fields, one called Tracking and one for Return Tracking for tracking#s of replacement equipment to be RMA'd. The subject command is set to @SDP@, I opened a test ticket and replied to an email to my test requester with the fields to be auto updated in the ticket from the email. @@Tracking=1111@@ @@Return Tracking=1234@@ After sending the reply, the ticket did not update those fields. Active Directory Login with Desktop Central MSP
