I was attempting to upgrade from 14980 to 15120 and was unable to due to MSSQL 2016 being required. Is this the newest version supported? Looking to prevent multiple upgrades to MSSQL.

Support requests I created online mostly go unanswered unless I follow up with a phone call. And even in those cases I get support it takes more than 24 hours. Sometimes it goes totally unanswered. Logon Script... I must be doing something wrong....
Help- I'm trying to set the logon script up to deploy standardized signatures for all users. I've created a shared folder on the server with the logon.bat, also in that folder is the exe signature file that .bat file refers to. I created the script in Desktop Central to execute at log on but nothing happens. If I manually browse to the folder and execute the .bat file is works, so I know that's not the issue. Any ideas? It shows deployed successful but it really wasn't...
Custom Script- I must be doing something wrong?
I'm trying to setup a logon script to deploy standardized signatures company wide. Here's what I've done... I created a shared folder on the network and copied a logon.bat, and the exe files the bat file refer to. I went into configurations, New Custom Script, set it to deploy at logon, pointed to the bat file in the shared folder and deployed to myself and two test users. We logged out, logged back in, and nothing.... It shows the deployment was successful but isn't actually executing the

I get this error in SOM where the machines are suppose to list. "Tota[ServletException in:/jsp/admin/som/allSomComputers.jsp] null'. Its happened twice and if stop the DC server and start it again it works for a while.
Patch scanning on server 2003x64 fails with timeout
Cant do a patch scan of a windows server 2003 x64 box. Get a "Scanning timed out" after what seems like 10 minutes. Asset scanning works fine.

Hi, surpport: We have successfully installed the Agent on most worksations. And Now, we have meet a problem! When the client trying to test the "Send Request to Help Desk " in the Agent icon and it appear "Unable to send mail,Mail Server might be down". Urgent! Silent Install Issues..
I'm attempting the silent install on a few machines located on the network. I followed the steps and the install seems to be a success. When I check the machines they have the Desktop Agent directory (c:\Program Files\DesktopCentral_Agent). However, when I check in the MSP Center, it shows I do not have any desktops set up and 0 desktop agents installed. Can anyone assist?
Scan times out
I installed the evaluation version of Desktop Central. Initially it indexed everything, and installed perfectly. I pushed out an update to test, and everything went great. Went back to "scan assets" and started a scan. It scans (4 computers) for 10+ minutes, before returning a "scan timed out". Actually, I use File Folder Operation to help copy Multiple Files to system32 but can't find option for after copied those file then execute the script for regsvr32 those dll.
dcconfig.exe Application Error
We keep receiving these errors after the DC Agent is installed on client computers. We are an all Windows XP environment with a mix of SP2 and SP3 and this happens on any of them. See attached picture for exact error message. Thank you!

So...maybe I'm just being dense, but where exactly to you find out what is the current version that is available? Is this something that you should be able to find in Desktop Central 6 as a highlighted item in the Support > General Details screen that you NEED AN UPDATE!! or something to that effect? Seems like I have to "hear" about it on these forums that there is a hotfix release or wait for a monthly newsletter to actually find out about it. Would be really nice to get an e-mail or some type
Workstation Details Not Updating
Hi we face and issue whereby,we have updated our computers from ServicePack1 to ServicePack 2, but we found that the Desktop Central still shows the old servicePack 1 details. Hotifx 60331 killed Export PDF function for me
I just applied the latest hotfix (build 60331) and the "Export PDF" function no longer seems to work. After I click it the cursor spins for a few seconds and then I just get returned to the Home Page. It was working previously. Could this be something wrong on my system or is this a problem with this build?

Hello - I received an error during the installation of this hotfix. I uploaded my logs. Any help with this is greatly appreciated. I'm afraid to start up DC even though it supposedly rolled back to the last hotfix. I didn't backup the entire DC Server folder -- just the data folder. Yeah, my bad. What do I need to do to correct this? Should I uninstall DC, reinstall it, and then copy my data-backup to the data folder? Thanks- jsbac
