Hi,
We are experiencing an issue with ManageEngine Endpoint Central in our environment.
Endpoint Central is connected to several Distribution Servers (DS), with bandwidth throttling configured at 16 Kbps. However, every morning when client computers are powered on, the main server sends a large volume of outbound data.
The network is physically isolated, and the traffic is sent primarily to DS servers and some client machines.
Due to our limited network bandwidth (512 Kbps), this traffic causes the network to become congested and, in some cases, completely unusable.
Our questions and observations are as follows:
How can we accurately identify what data is being sent and received, and between which components (server, DS, clients)?
Because of the network limitations, we have removed all configurations from Endpoint Central and also cleared the application history, yet the issue persists.
The process responsible for the traffic appears to be dcnginx, communicating over port 443.
We would appreciate guidance on identifying the exact source and nature of this traffic and how to control or limit it effectively.
