Report on multi-lookup custom fields
Greetings,
I have noticed there is no possible way to report on custom field types "Multi-Lookup". I have common use cases for end users raising tickets with CMDB lookup fields for "Applications" for example. This data is important and crucial for reporting and ticket filtering. In the current OnDemand application, it is not possible to referenced these fields anywhere in reports or filtering.
- Is there a reason for this limitation?
- Surely there is a possibility to report on this some type of method?
