PMP SSL Certificates
Hi guys I'm trying to change the SSL certificate for the Password Manager Pro, so far all documentation I've found requires to create a new java keystore? is it not possible just to add my certificate to the current keystore and use that one? We have company issued certificates and i can't really choose to create and ask for signing of new certificates. All i can get is an already signed certificate and the CA cert. Obviously i won't get the signing password or key files. Thanks!

We have an issue with the SLA flags. Red means the request is Overdue and yellow means it will be overdue soon, perhaps in hours or in a few days. However, as the attachment shows, a request can be 28 days away from violation and they are shown as yellow.

Hi, I'm trying to update my Certificate with a new SSL4Free/Let's Encrypt one. But everytime I try to save the new Certificate I get the Error: Unknown error occured while processing certificates. Contact support with the certificate and server logs. The Certificate I'm trying to replace is from the same source (just 3 months older) I tried both, a wildcard and a dedicated one, but no success (the old one was a wildcard). I am finding that the Search feature (in the left pane) works if I want to search within request subjects and descriptions, but it doesn't include any results for requests where my search criteria is found in the Requester Conversations section.
