Last month I had an issue getting emails from MS Exchange Online. The root course is that MS turns off the Basic Authenticate (POP, IMAP) on my Exchange Online system. I have fix they allow me to turn it on again. But Microsft notes me that next year starting from 1st Jan 2023 they will disable Basic Authentication and not allow it to turn on. They suggest I update all applications I have including Service Desk Plus to have new authentication when receiving emails from Exchange.  Do you guys have any suggestions about the version I should update for my Service Desk Plus? I'm using Service Desk Plus V10.5 on premi version.
