OAuth Office 365 Issue

Good morning,

I have run into an issue with setting up OAuth now that Microsoft has finally removed SMTP incoming from our tenant!

We have set everything up as detailed in the guide on YouTube and after we click "save" the o365 pop-up appears asking us to confirm the email and password and when we click "Sign-in" the window immediately closes and we get an error message.

Our Exchange is running in hybrid with the mailbox in the cloud. The server is running on a virtual machine on our network with the latest build: 14.0 Build 14004

Can anyone confirm if our local server needs to be publicly facing as this isn't mentioned in any documentation or if we are missing anything obvious!
