Re-opened report

Re-opened report


One of my support groups are constantly receiving replies after the request has been closed. That is just how it works for that group.

At the end of each week, they have to submit a report showing how many requests they closed. It's a little unfair to them because the report does not take into account how many re-opened requests they have.

How can I create a report that also shows the number of re-opened requests?
