Presenting ServiceDesk Plus MSP version 13: Zoho's AI Zia, Teams and Outlook integrations, and more

We know firsthand that running an MSP business entails dealing with a flurry of unexpected challenges. With some of these in mind, we have worked tirelessly to improve ServiceDesk Plus MSP in order to make it the best platform for your service desk.

 

As a result, we are excited to present ServiceDesk Plus MSP version 13!

 

Version 13 includes a brand-new UI as well as numerous enhancements. Here's a glimpse of what to expect in this version:

 

  • Zia, Zoho's AI: Zoho's enterprise-level AI can reopen requests that need processing, suggest an appropriate category or request template, and do even more. Leverage the conversational virtual support agent to perform various service desk tasks, like raising requests, assigning technicians to requests, and evaluating solutions and announcements.

  • Microsoft Teams integration: Allow users to view service desk requests and pending approvals and to chat with help desk techniciansall from their Teams account.

  • Outlook add-in: Allow users to raise requests and track their progress in ServiceDesk Plus MSP directly from the Outlook mailbox.

  • ManageEngine Analytics Plus Cloud integration: Create insightful reports and dashboards from your IT help desk data without writing a single line of code.
