Our company is new to the ManageEngine suite. One of the big hurdles I have run into myself and other reps is the lack of proper multiple monitor support while using the Remote HTML5 viewer app. I was able to find the Active X viewer does support multiple monitors but the HTML5 version just allows you click back and forth between the screens to bring them into focus. This is a huge deficit and time waster. What is the ETA for proper multiple monitor support for the HTML5 viewer?
