We would like the technician to be able to hold an email conversation with the requestor through Service desk by replying to the request message (subject having ID). Problems with cisco 2950 & 3750 switches
Hello, I'm currently evaluating opmanager. I've just installed the latest SP and hotfix. My switches are configured to be queried for snmp by the opmanager server. I can read the interfaces, but the counters (errors/packets/discards/etc) stay on "NA" When I test the monitor, I get an error. How can I solve this? Regards, Leon

Searching requests / solutions
Is there a way to search / filter out multiple keywords for a request or solution? It seems that if you try to put in multiple keywords, it evaluates it as a phrase, not as multiple keywords. If this functionality isn't currently available, will it be in the new version? Also is there a way to search all categories (eg. requests, solutions, and assets, etc)? And is there a way to filter on all the available fields / drop downs on the request form? We are evaluating the product currently, and it seems

Adtran Netvanta Firewall
Hi, I have 2 questions please. I recently added an Adtran Netvanta 1224str to our network. It is a 24 port switch, firewall/router in one. 1. If I classify it as a "switch", all 24 ports show up in the interfaces section but when it tries to get traffic statistics, it errors out. If I classify it as a firewall, I only see 2 interfaces, the wan and vlan, but it does give me traffic statistics. 2. I added custom monitors to get the cpu and memory info from the Adtran mibs, but I would like to make

Inventory Installed Product Keys on Workstations
Is there anyway to inventory the serial / product key's that are currently installed on the inventoried workstation? For example I would like it to capture the windows XP product key, Office Product key, and maybe even software such as ACT 2005 or Adobe products. I have had situations in the past where the hard drive crashed on a workstation and we didn't know which product key was associated with the workstation.

100 limitation
I used the product on a trial basis. It change the path to users home folders but was limited to changing 100 users at a time. Is this a limitation of the trial version? Otherwise thought the product is great and will purchase.
Change administrator USER NAME
The default user name for the SD administrator is "administrator". Can this be changed? We would like to use Active Directory Authentication but have a company policy of disabling the default Windows domain "administrator" account. Our domain admin accounts don't include an "administrator" account. Thank you, Bill
Enhance Tasks Functionality - Project Tracking etc.
Extend the tasks/projects functionality so something more like the Kayako eSupport suite Team funcationality. It would be helpful to maintain a prioritised list of projects/tasks (both private and shared), know who's asisgned the task, start/end dates etc. So you can plan out major projects etc... TJ
License Level Exceeded?
I get following error: "Could not create more than 100 users. License Level Exceeded" Is this your program limitation or it's my server problem? I'm running evaluation version of your program.
Default number of requests per page
Is there a way to change the default number of requests per page from 25 to 100, or keep the setting when a user changes it? When we change to show 100 per page, it resets back to 25 as soon as we click on a request and go back.
Re-set password
This may be a stupid question but where do I go to ask for password re-set? The old site was much easier to manage.

Wake On Lan Mix results
Hi, I installed Wake On lan, opened port 7 on all core switches but I am getting mixed results. sometimes I get to wake up 10 workstations other I am not able to wake up a single one. can some tell me why am I having these mixed results. Access to enter request without login in
Access to enter request without login in We have purchase SD Plus and our exchange server do not allow IMAP or POP so we can not use E-mail fetching. So we would like if users can enter there request without having to login to SD (do not want to mange all the accounts) just like for the solution section? Is this available now. Thanks!

FA stopped working suddenly !!!
Dear Support I had FA 2 weeks back. It was working fine till yesterday when I was unable to loh in . I had created two users with admin rights. Whem I put the url in IE it gives me the username / passwd screen but is unable to login. To investigate the matter when i check the FA server it was givin some error that there has some catastrophic error occured. I tried stopping and starting the FA service and rebooting the server but in vain. PS - I had installed the service pack. It was working fine
FreeRadius vs Firewall Analyser
I'm in the process of using Firewall Analyzer working side by side with FreeRadius on a Fedora Core 6 machine. Currently I'm using the evaluation copy of Firewall Analyzer but the instance is failing or not starting (even after I stop the msqld service to avoid conflicts). I notice that the "backbone" seems to be on a JBoss installation. Just to test, I shutdown the msqld service for FreeRadius and ran a separate instance of JBoss 4.0. JBoss came up fine. Contact cannot view Product List in Request Form
I have modified the product list to reflect our company's offerings. However, when a contact logs in, the product list is not shown in the "Product" field of the New Request form. The field is in the Request Form, but when you click on the drop-down list, it only shows "--Select Product--". The list is missing. The products can be viewed under the administrator login in the Request Form. They also show up in the Request Form preview.

I am currently demoing SD+ and have almost completed configuring it. The problem I have is that the login screen is telling people the admin password and the guest password. Although I have already changeed the password, I want to remove the info from the screen. Is this possible and if so how. Thanks

Import Users from AD. SD+ 5.5 on WinXP SP2. Help me.
Custom logo compressed
When we try to import logos for use in the program, the login logo works great, however the header logo is compressed (pr elongated) we have tried to open the logo in an image editor to make sure that it is below the thresholds indicated in the program. No matter what size is used, the logo is still distorted. The logo being used is the same as the one being used for the login (except smaller), and that one works just fine. I believe that thios is a bug in the program, as when I view the logos in
