Link request to other request
Hi,
Currently we are testing SD+. i was wondering if it is possible to link a request to an other request.
for example: we have a Exchange server crash. This crash i report inside ServiceDesk. During they day we get several requests related to this server crash. is it possible to link these request to the one reported by us?
