Graph on switches are not displayed
Hello, I am using Opmanger 7.0 (Build 7002) to monitor my switches. I can see the switches and the snmp string is good. Error packets are recorded. If I look at traffic analysis ther is data (time intraffic outtraffic) But the graph is not displayed (red cross) In the interfaces list Rx Traffic and Tx Traffic Errors are NA If I look at another switch some graphs are displayed some are not. What should I do to trouble shoot this? Skipper (NL)
SNMP queries not working
Hi Just installed the free version of OpManager on Linux. I got it to detect the machines on our network and added 10 of them to monitor. I am unable to get the s/w to report on the performance through SNMP To isolate the issue, I ran the LinuxAgent from Adventnet on one machine with 8001 port option. I then tried to query from the OpManager ( Setting the port to 8001 through the admin->SNMP Parameters form ) It doesnt connect. Is there something more I need to do ( please be aware that I am a complete
switch reporting critical errors constantly
I'm trying to configure all my equipment into opmanager and a strange thing happened when I started doing my switches. They are HP 4108's and everytime someone turns off a computer or disconnects from the network I get a critical error that a interface is down. I could see this being important on a router, but this is common on a switch. In the Log on the switch itself nothing is listing as a error so why would its be reporting it as a critical error, and how do I get around it. I like to see green

Importing Requester from AD: 100% failed
Hi all, I am configuring Service Desk (version 6.0) to import requesters from AD. It connected to AD successfully and detected the correct number of user. monitoring multiple interfaces on Watchguard FW
Can I get FWA to report on different interfaces? I have a single Watchguard firewall with 6 interfaces. Some are setup as optional and some as external. All have different IP addresses. I am not seeing where that is selectable.

Netflow6 is not receiving pack exports from Cisco router
Here is my scenario: Enabled netflow on botyh interfaces on my Cisco 2600 router(FastEthernet 0/0 and FastEthernet 0/1). Set to version 5 and all other parameters outlined in the setup documentation. However, I am not seeing the router in NetFlow after setting it up. Attached is a screenshot of the "show ip flow export" command on my router, the host where Netflow is ip: 192.168.1.102:9996; and the source IP of the router is 67.x.x.x. ANy ideas on why the flow is working? Could it be a firewall issue?
How Can I Add Monitors for Dell Poweredge - I have the MIBs
Sorry - I'm really new to the SNMP thing. I've got the Dell server MIBs and can import them with the MIB browser, but after import when I click on Maps in OpManager to see my servers, click on one and add a monitor it doesn't show the new stuff. I don't know what to do. Any help appreciated!
Memory on Manual Addition of Workstation
We have tried creating manual Workstations for our Macs but find that when you enter 2048Mb in the RAM section of the form, when you then go to review the workstation is says 2Mb. It seems to work ok for the automatically scanned workstations as these show up as the correct amount. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Also, if it will be fixed in a future Service Pack I assume I should leave them for now as 2048Mb instead of changing it to 204800 to get it to work correctly. Thanks
SNMP fails - OID implemented into the MIB
This product looks sweet - but I'm just having a difficult time getting it to work over SNMP with my Windows 2000/3 servers and custom MIBs from Dell. If I discover a device with WMI it reports processor, disk and memory statistics without issue. However if I try and use SNMP nothing works. If I open up the MIB browser and send a request that fails also. Driving me crazy! Of course my community string is the same in the SNMP agent service on Windows as it is in OpManager. OpManager and SQL 2005
Hello, Having some difficulty with OpManager's SQL Services and SQL 2005. I can add the pertinent SQL 2005 monitors with no issue, but all statistics show N/A and after a period of time the device snapshot page appears to drop the monitor(s) completely. I've tried removing and rediscovering the server to no avail. SNMP and WMI are both working correctly on the machine. Having no issues monitoring a SQL 2000 server on the same subnet. Any help would be appreciated.

I am trying to migrate my SD+ 6008 from one machine to another and from mysql to MSSQL 2005. I have a clean copy of SD+ 6008 installed on the new machine and a backup from last night. when I perform the restoredata function, I get a little over 50% complete and receive the following error... Some part of your SQL statement is nested too deeply. Some group's members not reported
Some random groups (about 70 out of 1800) do not display any members in the "All Groups" report or in the exported CSVDE file from the report. You must use the icon beside requester to select the requester in order for the assigned workstation to be shown automatically. If you use the autocomplete or drop down list the workstation is not shown

Hello, I wonder if there is a way to customize request forms. I want to be able to create different request forms with different fields in them. For example, I do not want user to see additional field "User Workstation" when he picks up a "Mail Fetching" request template. disable editing solution by requesters

We are presently testing ServiceDesk Plus and we are running into this error message FAILURE :Unable to execute report when attempting to launch any default reports. Network Scan
I am have trouble using the Network Scan. It recognizes about 60 of my computers, half of those it shows all the details about the desktop, but does not show them in my domain? I have made a Group Policy to open up Port 7 to allow the scan to work properly but it hasn't changed anything. Is there anything I am doing wrong? Also is there a quicker way to change all those into my domain or do I have to go and edit each one individually?
Couple Issues with SDP 6.0
