Two Questions: Templates & Devices
I have two questions. I have looked everywhere, and it's probably a very simple answer to both, but I'm just not seeing it.
1. How do you remove a template from a device so that you have just a blank slate to start monitoring the device?
2. How do you remove a device in general? For whatever reason, OpManager 7 found a device by both IP address (during initial discovery) and then found it again and added it as a new device by hostname. The hostname is actually monitoring correctly and giving me all the bells and whistles in the monitors, the IP one is not. How do I get rid of the IP one? :?
