Can i display a Solution Number ?
Hi,
i'm interesting by the Knownledge Database feature of SC+.
I didn't see any reference number or ID when i create a new solution entry in SC+.
I think it's more easy to talk about a reference or ID when i give a response to a customer or a contact.
