OpManager 7 - Problems Adding Servers
I recently installed OpManager 7 (we were using version 6) and I'm having problems adding servers.
All servers were setup under OpManager 6 using SNMP, but now only about half of them were added to version 7 successfully. I checked the SNMP settings dozens of times, but they are all correct (as I said they were working on version 6).
I can't use Windows authentication either, that doesn't appear to do a thing. Every time I discover a server using either SNMP or Windows Authentication they server is added to the Desktops group were nothing is monitored (no blue star for SNMP either). I am getting AuthenticationFailure : null traps from the servers, which is strange because the community strings are correct.
Any ideas?
