OpManager 7 - Unable to Scan Networks

OpManager 7 - Unable to Scan Networks

Recently upgraded to OpManager 7. Installed on new server, could not import old data - no issue there as this is a small installation.
Found that server would not scan networks in either CIDR or network scan modes.

CIDR returns an error and hangs, Network Scan just hangs.

Have followed instructions to update conf file to no avail.

Any ideas, similar experiences?
