Multiple Duplicate Interfaces
I am seeing multiple duplicate interfaces on my routers. I was having the 0% availability problem so I upgraded to 7021 and performed the change IP address work-around. They are ok today so far except for the duplicate interfaces. Deleting them works temporarily, but only temporarily. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Details: Backed up entire AdventNet directory to remote server. Installed ServiceDesk Plus build 5507 on test server. Restored AdventNet directory to test server (overwriting files) Started ServiceDesk and logged in Shut down server Ran UpdateManager.bat Installed SD6 SP 24 This update failed. Dear All, I have implemented Service Desk Plus Version : 6.0.0 Build Number : 6009 at one of my clients place. Under Reports tab, we have different automated generated reports such as Reports by Category, Reports by Created date etc..... Today, when I checked the Service Desk, all the automated generated reports went missing and some reports just display partial information. What could have gone wrong? Please guide me on this at the earliest as I need to forward all the reports to my management.

Hi, have been loking at your product for a while now and so far think it is excellent, I have one question, we are able to get netflow info from our provider as well as our own router, our router is fine because we set it to which ever collecter we install, our provider stores the netflow for us and we can donload them and look at them but we were wondering if there is a way to import them into the database and view them in the analyzer interface? MSP 6005 - Selected asset is not scanned yet

Close Request Rule
We are using Service Desk Plus v6013 and I have a question concerning the closing of requests. I setup my technician roles so that they can only see a request after I have assigned it a group. Then any tech can grab a request. But when they close a request I have it setup so that the requester will get an email with the resolution. Historical Reporting
Hi, When I try run some historical reports, i.e over a periond of 60 days, it uses the daily historical data out of the database. The problem is that it seems to only keep the last dataset recorded for that day (screenshot attached), usually a value taken at around 11:59pm. This is faily useless to us, as at time traffic is fairly low. Is there anyway it can calculate the max and average values for these days and keep them in the database, before purging the detailed data. This would make much more

Restore data exported from 7004 to 7005
I have backed up the data from a SD+ 7004 installation. I have uninstalled it and installed version 7005. I'm trying to run the restoredata.bat and it won't go through ... keep getting the same error message. I did make sure the service was stopped before running the restore. Domain controller is giving no information
One of my domain controllers is giving no information any more, when i try something i'm getting access denied. This occured after the upgrade from op6 to op7 or after a patch. Version 7 build 7021 I deleted the Domain Controllers group because I don't have the Active Directory plugin.. Now I'm getting an alert "LSASS CPU Usage is 99 % Processor Time, threshold value for this monitor is 90 % Processor Time " It could be a result of upgrading to 7 three weeks ago, but I can't find the location on how to change the threshold. I did post this earlier but the version recommended was 6011. I did finally do the upgrade and the version is 6013. Is this version stable, or is there a later version 6 number that is better?

Survey results order
We are using Version : 6.0.0 Build Number : 6013. We recently upgraded to this version. Since upgrading we the display order of the completed surveys is different and sorted by technician. Is it possible to change this If not, can it be made into an improvement in future versions? Cheers.
