Incoming Emails

Hi,

If a user hits a reply button to a Request email, the email is added to the Request under communications. However, if an assignment email is sent to the support rep and they reply to it this does not get appended to the request..

Is there any way we can turn this on? Ideally we would like to acknowledge the receipt of the assignment and the easiest way i can see is simply replying to the email.
