Feature Reqeust: select Account when creating new contact

Currently when you create a new contact while entering a new request you can not select an account for that contact. You have to go back later and assign the contact to an account.

It would be great if this could be added to remove some extra steps. Often contacts are not added until a new request is raised for them, especially new staff at client sites.
