Would it be possible to add the Change Management module from your ServiceDesk Plus system to the SupportCentre Plus system?
I say this becuase a customer may call through and need assistance with a problem that was being caused by a software bug or design flaw. The next logical step would be to request a Change to the system.
When thinking about this, you should have the option of creating a change record based on the request you are logging, or totally independant.
