URL Monitors
Is OpManager good for doing only URL monitoring from an off-site location?
With it being off-site, OpManager is not able to discover the hosts as I guess it would on the same network.
I setup a couple of URL monitors to test, but I don't see a way to tie those to notifications as you can if you have a server that has been discovered.
From what I can tell, OpManager is designed more to reside on the same network as the servers it is monitoring. So I am wondering it is really a good tool to do only URL monitoring from an off-site location.
