Vista Interactive Services Dialog Detection

Every time I open and log on to windows a screen pops up asking about a dialog box wanting to display but cant.

I click to display and it switches to the opmanager login screen but shuts down every service.

How would i stop opmanager from auto starting on windows startup.

I can not find the startup in the startup group and the usual places in the registry don't stand out to disable it.

If I start it from the start>programs group it appears to start correctly with out a compatability error. maybe this needs to be a admin priv or a compatable mode selection?

I will be removing the software until a solution is emailed to me chro4@aol.com
