Hi, We are evaluating ServiceDesk Plus and now have a technical question. We have enabled the mailserver settings and imported our AD users. Also some of the notificationrules are enabled. Our problem If a requestor e-mails the ServiceDesk directly, a notificationmail will be sent to him with a possibility to view/change the status of the logged ticket ($RequestLink). If we in this mode try to use the URL ($RequestLink), we first get to the loginpage of the portal and we then type the requestors

Automatic reseting parameter
Hi, I use to manage about 90 servers (virtual and physical) with OPmanager. Every 2 or 3 days, the monitors I activated desapear and older re appear on certain servers only. It doesn't depend on the fact that some are Physical or virtual. Could you please help me to fix this problem. Regards
How can I see real-time network traffic from a device interface?
Hey there, I remember that OpManager trial version had a feature to see an interface traffic in real-time, by clicking on an icon, the as real-time CPU Usage and Memory Usage. Now, I bought deluxe version and I just can't find this feature. I just can monitor CPU and Memory usage in real-time, but no Network Interface usage. Can anyone help me? My version is one of the highest version, with cluster support, etc, and I can't believe it doesn't has real-time monitor for network card. Thanks
Dashboard broke after upgrade to SP4
After upgrading to ADSelfService Plus 4.4 SP4 the dashboard page only displays the header and navigation toolbar. Below the navigation toolbar the page is blank.
Notification on change status update?
I'm wondering if it is possible to send a notification to a technician when the status of a change is updated. For example, when the status is changed to "Work in progress" I'd like to send an email to the group that is on call so they are aware of the work in case something blows up. Any ideas?

ServiceDeskPlus Forums link broken
When clicking on the Support tab inside ServiceDeskPlus and then clicking on the "ServiceDesk Forums" link, the page that link directs to is a 404 error. You'd think that you guys would be able to create a link to your own website. And, get this, the 404 page that is displayed by your website for the broken link? Netflow Plug-in Expired!
We have 5 number of interfaces for Netflow Plug-in that comes with our OP Manager, when we use the netflow plug-in, it doesnt reflect the free 5 interfaces that comes from OP Manager and it is expiring with 1 free interface to monitor.

Custom report only shows Top 25??
I am working with the trial of Firewall Analyzer 7 with our Sonicwall. I created a custom report profile for web usage showing only source, destination and date/time. While the report runs fine it only has the ability to show the Top 5,10,15,20 or 25 results. I want to be able to see all the results but it does not give an option to do that. Unable to add Cisco ASA to Dashboard
Hi I'm currently using ManageEngine Netflow Analyzer ver. 8 and so far its has been good. My issue is that, I have 2 Cisco ASA5510 running on version 8.2(2). One firewall sits at the Data Center which is another location and one sits here in the office. I'm able to add the office ASA to the dashboard based on the recommended configuration since its just internal network. But I'm unable to add the ASA from the Data Center which is another location considering I have added the recommended configuration

Can you look to add the ability to add a note to the technician when a request is re-assigned please. At present you can add a note that is sent to the currently assigned technician, which is great, but when a request needs re-assigning it would be very useful to be able to annotate that re-assignment so the new technician knows why they have been assigned the work for instance. Ideally the re-assign screen could have an additional text box added below with the option to send the note to the outgoing

2 licenses override each other, why?
Hi There, I have 2 seperate licenses: one with 50 monitors and other with additional 25. 50-monitor-license is expired so it's renewed but when I install it AppMgr says I have only 50 licenses which should have been 75 instead. How can I make system recognize both of the licenses? Anybody has any idea?

I remove a device with RemoveDBEntriesNew.sh but i have the same problem. When i add a new virtual device opmanager show me "Device already present in the System". OpenMQ monitoring?
Folks has anyone successfully setup a monitor for OpenMQ? It's a Message Queue mechanism built in to Glassfish. I've got Glassfish monitors setup and Java Monitors setup but I cannot seem to find a way to monitor OpenMQ itself (I cannot connect with either Glassfish, Java or JMX Monitors).

Can't get scheduled tasks to run?
Maybe I don't understand the time zone setup (which IMO is a bit bizarre in how you set the time) but even though I have it set so its showing the EDT of a few min ago, the scheduled tasks did not kick off. The only tasks that have run were the ones that ran upon install. There's no indication of an error, there's just nothing happening. In addition the Exchange Report Plus Service, is that actually the agent that gathers info? It's set to automatic but its currently not running, nor does it successfully
SSO no longer working
This has been one headache after another. First SSO worked flawlessly. Then a hotfix came out and SSO is broken. Then another hotfix comes out and SSO is kinda working. Worked with a Tech and got SSO working again, kinda. Now, new hotfix comes out (7610) and SSO is broken once again. What kind of idiots run your QA department? AppManager Virtualization Plug-in question...
We have recently upgraded to Applications Manager 9.2 and I saw a new monitor type of VMWare ESX/ESXi so I thought I'd point it at our VCenter server and see how it went. It did brilliantly! Except.... I've already got a heap of O/S monitors for many of the virtualized systems and they've now been duplicated by the VMWare monitor which is chewing up my license count...
