Requests with no notes added in last 7 days
Hi
Could someone provide me with a report that shows me the requests that have had no notes added within the last 7 days.
RequestID - Status (Open, On Hold, Awaiting 3rd Party) - Technician.
I am using MSSQL and on v7604.
