Bad performance and java.exe using 100% CPU

I have a problem to get OpManager to run stable.

First, the performance is at all times poor. Meaning: it takes long to change the view in the browser window.

Second, after a week or so java.exe climbs to 100 % CPU. At this time nothing works, no alarms, no browser connection etc.
I need to get this fixed, as a monitoring system that needs another monitoring system that checks if it is running is not really appropriate :-)

Third: If someone has an easy description on how to get everything running as a service, I would be grateful.
