multiple cpu for linux

we are trying to monitor multiple cpu for linux machines. we checked this command top b n 1 | grep Cpu which gives the output
Cpu0 : 39.8% us, 13.3% sy, 0.2% ni, 21.1% id, 25.5% wa, 0.1% hi, 0.0% si
Cpu1 : 38.9% us, 13.5% sy, 0.1% ni, 34.2% id, 13.3% wa, 0.0% hi, 0.0% si
Now, how do we change the host file for 2 values ?
