Is there a way SDP can sort by ASC the "Groups" in a dropdown? I appears, its sorted by created time. Thanks in advance.
Need to turn Automatic Discovery feature OFF
We are on OpManager build 872; we do not want to upgrade if we do not have to right now. What we need is to turn off the automatic discovery feature. Every time we create a new virtual server in VMWare, OpManager automatically sees it. We want only the ability to add the server to OpManager when we want to. Thanks you
DC not sending workstation warranty info to SDP
We using DC build 70234 and SDP build 8015. I followed the instructions to integrate the two products together. In DC, I have linked to our SDP server, the API key was validated, and I checked the following features to integrate: IT Asset Data, Software Deployment, and Log Help Desk requests as alerts and tickets. In SDP, I created a user, generated an API key used in DC, assigned it to the software install role, and added the DC connection in the General section. I'm not getting any errors from
MCM plug-in and OPManager 8812
Hello, I upgraded OPManager to 8812 then I installed MCM-Plug-in but when I tried to access in admin page settings I got waiting on .... in my browser then come back to login page. There must be a way to give different username and password while using Drive Mapping option, for accessing the network drive that has selected users allowed.

I noticed that when attaching a screenshot to a ticket to be sent to SDP, the format is BMP and the size is large. Is it possible to change it to PNG instead? Thanks!
Must be an option to enforce configuration happening instantly
I feel it's much better to force the configuration happening instantly,without waiting for refresh interval or system restart , because it is not a good practice in some configurations like creating a new user on workgroup computer,since i can't be wasting time by restarting the policy affected computer just to create a new User and we all know that creating a user is that simple in WindowsXP and does not need even a minute.
Limit AD reports to specific OUs?
We are part of a larger company and only control a subset of all the OUs in AD. Is there a way to limit reports to just the OUs we control? We don't need to see users/computers for the entire organization--just our specific one. Thanks!

Hi It would be good if I could manage/create (and delegate) contacts without the need for CSV files. This would be great for Assistants to manage contact lists. Also their is no ability (that I can find) to add Contacts to a Distribution Group - it only appears to be users available ot add to a group. - This to would be a very good feature to have. Error # The interface is unknown.
Today I see "Error # The interface is unknown." in our build of Appman 9. Last night there were issues with our ESX hosts, this server wasn't affected by this issue but since then we see this error. I tried removing the monitor, it won't allow me to add it again due to this error. The network settings stayed the same so that's not an issue. Network traffic is passing through the system. Anyone have an idea?

I am trying to run a monthly report from service desk. I want the top colume to be weeks (say,week 1,week 2...) for a particular month and the left to be request category.However, from the drop down list of options,it only contains created time,responded time, etc..... and does not contain weeks as I want in my reporting format. Would you please make it easier to administer snmp trap processors? With more than 1000 defined traps, it is a nightmare to administer the snmp trap definitions. I would like to have bulk administration for a given OID (add, modify, delete and search) . I would also like to have a couple of extra fields in the snmp traf definition: the name of the vendor and the type of equipment.

Distribution server and agent type
We have 20 branch offices connected to our central office via VPN. When deploying agents, do we need to deploy the WAN agents or the LAN agents? We would like to use the software distribution functionality of DC so we can push software to the distribution servers to save considerable bandwidth. In this situation, even though everything is still on the local network, I just wanted to see which agent I need to push. Thanks!

Hi, I've noticed a flicker when moving the cursor up and down a icon in a business view. This is very annoying and sometimes prevent me from clicking a link. In fact my problem is when I try to create a miltinode SNMP monitor, beacause I Add a custom monitor and add in a Bulk monitor a specific OID in "tabular" mode but they doesn't graph anythig, and by mibbrowser app the resul is the same. (Solved) - Accounts showing in other business unit
Hello, We have two business unit, for which both of them have some of the same accounts. Now we want to keep them seperated. But for some reason the 2nd business unit show some of the accounts from the 1st business unit (not all of them and not the other way around). Is there some way how we can fix this and keep the accounts seperated, because the 2nd business unit has some duplicate accounts now. Please advice. Kind regards, Jarry
