The selected Service pack does not contain mandatory upgrade

Hi,

i have just download and installed Opmanager EE 8810.
I'm trying to upgrade to the latest hotfix 8812 but i receive this message back:

"The selected Service pack does not contain mandatory upgrade"

And nothing happens.

Please advise
