Hi,
Netflow Analyser failed yesterday and one of our staff member contacted your company, both parties spent more than one hour to bring the system backup.
I noticed that the webport was changed to 8081 (from 8080)
After netflow was back online, I could not see any traffic displayed on the screen.
The error I received is "Status: Link up. No flow received for last 10 minutes." I've left this for a day and still not receiving any flow.
Could you please advise how to fix this issue ?
