SDP - Report schedules can only be seen by technician who created the schedule
Hi, I've noticed that in SDP when a report scheduled by one of the technicians, the schedules can not be seen by other technician (Scheduleing Home screen is blank) Thank you, Miron

NTLM error when accessing link copied from web browser
Hello, We have found an issue that occurs when coping and pasting a link into a non-IE browser. For example, open a service desk ticket in a browser. The link appears as..... https://<name here>/WorkOrder.do?woMode=viewWO&woID=134&&fromListView=true If you copy/paste the above link into Chrome, you will get an "NTLM Failed Redirecting To Login Page." error in the Chrome browser. If we paste the link as https://<name here>/WorkOrder.do?woMode=viewWO&woID=141 It opens properly/ Thanks!
Information stripped out of email
Hello, I have recently had several examples of where a customer has emailed in with pasted information from another website or a word document. The email arrives ok into Gmail but when SD+ picks the call up, some of the information has been stripped out of the call. I assume that this is something to do with the formatting however I cannot ask external members to submit their queries making sure they have used "paste special" and removed the formatting. Are there any known problems regarding this
IE10 Field Sorting
I haven't tested this on Win 8, but in IE10 on Win 7 (which is now in general availability) the sort order in some of the drop-downs (category is one) is incorrect. I seem to remember the same problem happening when a prior version of IE was first released. Hopefully an easy (and quick) fix. Thanks, James

Hello, We are running OPManager 9450 and i try to install Netflow analyzer plugin 9800...but it doesn't work ! For information, my OPManager is on SSL. To install Netflow plugin; 1 - I stopped OPManager service 2 - I have installed Netflow plugin on the server 3 - I started OPManager service When i connected on OPmanager i could see a message saying that "NetFlow Plug-In has not started because NetFlow Plug-In is not changed to secure mode" So i have enabled SSL for Netflow Plugin as mentionned on

creating bulk emails
Hello, I am trying to use a CSV to create multiple e-mail accounts, about 150, but when i put in the CSV i get an error that says Cannot retrieve object from AD - Object does not exist or Access denied. Now i know that all the accounts were created in AD and i have Admin rights on the program. does anyone know if it is the way i am setting up the CSV or is it have something to do with the program?

Dears I have a problem in OPmanger that i can't login through webpage anymore it prompt the username and password page , when i tries to login it just hang , plus i got no report through mail since the problem which mean the services is not running any more, i restarted the server many times and the problem still exist.

I am trying to create a custom view but it is returning nothing despite verifying that there are valid results. By logic correction and process of elimination it would appear to be that the issue is when a site is defined in the filter list. I can prove this by just having a view with one filter, Where Site is <site name> and this returns nothing. Cannot Login via LDAP authentication
Hi, I am using LDAP authentication and LDAP server type is "Microsoft Active Directory" and work fine. Recently we have changed the Microsoft AD structure and move some accounts to another container. Application Traffic not showing up
HI there, I have setup N.A. as suggested and have traffic going through in graph form - if I click on the firewall device (my ASA 5510) it shows incoming and outgoing Application data, devices, ports etc, I setup an IP group to report on one IP address's netflows and the Application IN/OUT data says "unaccounted" for all of it. Options link not showing on login page
Hi, We have an intermittent problem whereby the 'Options' link (the one that allows you to switch between Domains or to use Local Authentication) on the login screen disappears. Sometimes it is there and can be used correctly. Other times it just disappears. We are using a mixture of browsers, but mainly IE 8 and Firefox 5.0. Servlet API and additional fields
Hello! I use service desk plus (8.1.0 Build 8114). I update requester information through Servlet API. I change only one field (for example, phone). I don’t use other fields. After editing, phone is changed. Values of other standard fields are not changed. It’s very convenient. Incorrect OUT and IN Traffic Details

Issue with GINA
We're noticing that some of our computers' GINA is working and some are not. On the ones not working, when you click the reset / unlock link under the password prompt, it does nothing. It adds a APPCrash event in the app event log. Looking at ADSelfServicePlusClient.log, I can definitely see the issue. Where is it pulling defUser?
