I'n a newby in SDP. Api documentation (REST-API) includes sending template to add request information. However, there is no template for services, only for incidents.

Our use case is to be able to request for application access rights which are configured as products/CI's in order to have certain relationships between CI's.

I would imagine there is a way to request any kind of products (workstations, keyboards etc) in just one request. In our case it would be just taking advantage of this structure.

Please advice.
