Secure Password Authentication (SPA)
Hi,
Does anyone know how to enable
Secure Password Authentication (SPA) on Service Desk Plus? Our version is 8126 and we are having delays with outgoing emails and after looking at the log files from WireShark we have discovered that the delays problem are due to SPA not enabled. But I am not sure where I can change this?
