We a currently running both ServiceDesk Plus (8105) & SupportCenter Plus (7918) & DST (GMT +11) has not taken affect since changing on the weekend. Timezone & current time / date on both servers is correct. Please advise.

Cannot Find SiteID Descriptions / Name Field
Hi, I'm sure i'm probably just overlooking something but i am unable to find the table that links the SiteID field to the SiteName. I'm pulling the data via a SQL load into another program but cannot seem to find the descriptions for the SiteID field from servicedesk.workorder. I've looked under servicedesk.sitedefinition but i am only seeing the following fields SITEID, REGIONID ISDELETED, TIMEZONEID am i missing the NAME field or is it located elsewhere? Thanks, Lee
"Add New" button disabled whilst adding an incident
Hi, I would like to request that the Add New button situated towards the top of SC+ is disabled/removed when contacts are adding new incidents. This has caused a lot of confusion and frustration for our clients because the difference between this and the Add request button is not clearly understood; whilst the Add request button at the bottom will save their new incident, the Add New button at the top loads a new incident page, wiping all information the user has entered. Problem with audit file feature with Celerra storage
Hi, I'm in the process of evaluating ADAudit Plus. I mainly need to audit a shared folder available through an EMC VNX5300 storage that emulates a CIFS server. Audit is succesfully enabled on storage and SACLS are set for the share, I can see audit logs through event viewer but File Audit Reports are empty. Picture Limit Size
Hello I have a question for the “picture” size that a user can put in his profil. Actually, It is limited to 500 ko. We have about 1500 users, and if each user puts a picture with 500 ko size, we’ll have 750 Mo that will be replicated in our AD. Right? I would like to limit the size to max 20 ko. Is it possible to change this anywhere? Thank you.

When we merginig requests there's a problem, SD can't notify all requesters. Ex: - request #1 from Andrey - request #2 from Alex - merging request #2 to request #1 - request #1 has requester Andrey, and after solution has been made and request is closed, notification send only to Andrey, but Alex won't know, that his request is solved too! How can I get this thing work, when I need to notificate all requesters of merge requests?

PGSQL does not start after applying HAPack on secondary server

Now we are adding SD+ to the equasion, and we need to display its cases/requests in the same portal. I have a Remote Desktop Services server which I know a browser was installed on between certain date ranges (ServiceDesk Plus tells me this). Hi, Is AppManager able to collect data from 2 different ports on the same host ? If yes, how ? To clarify, I have my own application that it is using customized MIBS running on a Windows 2012 server I would like to collect "regular" host data ( CPU, disk...etc) on port 161 as well as my own data on port 164 By the way, how do one upload MIBs in AppManager ??? When I try to change a 'password administrator' to a 'password user' I get the following message: No rows found for the table AaaAuthorizedRole in this DataObject Is this a corruption in the database? Underscores in usernames not being filtered out
We're setting a report that only shows usernames that haven't been added to the "Except" field in the report definition. This works fine for normal usernames, but doesn't work for usernames with underscores in them (e.g., DB_User). We've tried adding spaces and also HTML encoding (e.g., DB%5FUser) but to no avail. Anyone have any ideas of how to get this to work?
RPC error on scan. Windows 7
We've recently completed upgrading all of our workstations to Windows 7. Ever since then we cannot scan the vast majority of the workstations (a few will). The error we are getting is: FAILURE :Connection to RPC server in the workstation failed. Now, we've spent about 14 hours, collectively, trying to fix or isolate the issue and we still can't. Technician Auto assign - all requests from 1 site on 1 tech
Need an option for auto assign, when requests is registring in system (in a day) and they are from 1 site, assign it to a 1 technician. I have 2 technicians Have 50 sites Some times users write requests and after categorization 1 request from a site #1 is going to tech #1, 2nd request from site #1 is going to tech 2. So tech #1 is working out only with 1 request, while he can resolve the 2nd request too. Can you make an adjustmets?

Approved Purchase Order is marked as Pending
We have two purchase orders that have been approved but the status is still marked as "Pending Approval". When I editing the PO or resubmitting for approval has not resolved the issue. What would cause this issue?
