Error when I click on New Add New Rack and Add New Floor tabs in OpManager

Hi Support,

After upgrading to OpManager Build 10200, I get error page when I click on Add New Rack and Add New Floor tabs. Even when I click on Servers Availability Distribution Graph also on Home page. Please find the attached screenshots
