ServiceDesk PLUS integration with OpManager Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk Plus

Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk PLUS.

I do have a current support request but I haven't heard anything since yesterday, I figured I may get some assistance from here while I wait. 
I would like to get this back to working condition as soon as possible.

Servicedesk (DNS NAME)= Crest-NOC (Server Name) = 180.200.100.30
ServiceDesk PLUS is running on port 80.
OpManager is running on port 8060.
This was working until recently, no changes made. I am running the latest version of both applications. 
I have created a user account "ServiceDesk" that is a Technician within ServiceDesk PLUS and is granted SDAdmin rights. 
For troubleshooting purposes, I have deleted this user and reimported them back from AD, then promoted them to technician again. 
This does not resolve the issue, I have restarted services, restarted the server. 
Still no luck. 
I did have this problem before, it started working while support was connected, but all they did was sign in with my username instead of servicedesk account and it magically started working.  I wasn't given an explanation of what changed.  I have tried the same this time but it is not helping.
I know I am entering the information correctly, it is exactly as it was when it was working. 
I have checked DNS and even tried using just IP address, no change. 
Please help.
