DATA Collection PROBLEM - No data Dial Monitors with WMI

Hello,

Please, help, it is urgent now.

I have the EXACT issue in this post, but instead of SNMP, with WMI, the monitor dials shows NO DATA, but the TEST monitor succeed.

See this post as reference

Problem Faced: When we have multiple network devices monitored, the data collection of few performance onitors like CPU, Memory or any custom monitors added will not collect data or very high delay in polling intervals.

Analysis: In most cases, when we do a individual test monitor on the performance monitors, they pass and the value is collected for that instance. Though the polling interval is kept at 5 min, the delay in polling may go up to couple of hours, and in some cases, no data collection happens for days.

If the Test monitor passes and regular data collection fails, Check the below to fix it.

Root cause: It could be the SNMP time out for the responses received from the target device.

Solution: Increase the SNMP Timeout and Retries for the specific Credential used.

If the devices are using a specific Credential setting configured under Admin--> Networks--> Credentials, then edit the specific Credentials.

1.     Go to Advanced section in the Credential edit page

2.     Increase the Timeout secs to 10 or 20 sec

3.     Increase the Retires to 1 or 2 times.

4.     Save the Credential.

That should take care of the SNMP time out problem.

My problem is WMI, dials monitor dont update, no data showed.

Thanks
