Hi all - hoping you can help. I'm creating a new user, assigning a path to connect to. The problem is that the path doesn't exist yet for a new user. Does Manage Engine not create the server folder for the user first? So the home folder would be: \\OURSERVER\Staff\%username% Do I need to create the path first manually??? THANKS SO MUCH!

Is there a way to show user account is locked out on the User specific tab. So when our helpdesk people are looking at a user in AD manager it will show the account locked out or not?

How to create custom report for specific security events related to logons
I am new to the product and have not found what I'm looking for as a predefined report. I'm looking to report on successful non-interactive logons. Event 4624 with logon type not equal to 2. Also looking for events 4648 (attempt to logon with explicit creds), 4775 (account not mapped), and 4777 (DC failed to validate creds) I have attempted to define custom reports but they all turn out empty. Can someone point me in a good direction?
Adding other DNS zones
We have several internal DNS zones on our AD DNS servers. However, only the "base," one, our domain name, shows any records being created/changed. How can we show which records have been changed in the other DNS zones? ie: Our domain name is Corp.local We have a zone for corpname.com We see all records created/changed in corp.local We see any new zones created, such as OtherCorp.net We do not see any record changes recorded under corpname.com, or Othercorp.net How can we see these?

Install Failure Win 2012 -MSSQL 2014
When installing on SQL Express, The installer goes happily along and installs without failure. When you try to start the server it just hangs . I suspect it is because the installer does not check the database connection. Also SQL Express installs with TCPIP disabled by default. which is causing the root error. I will uninstall and retry. Any Ideas ?

Customising device snapshot dials to include free disk space - OpManager 11500

Pervention of agent update
Is their a way of preventing DC from automatically updating the agents of devices in an OU We use VDi and the desktops as none persistent in that they are deleted every time a user logs off. I would like to disable DC from trying to update the agents on these devices as it's a pointles task for DC to do and for the VDi desktops to perform at every logon. At the moment when we have an update I turn the master image on and allow that to update and then the new agent would appear on the VDi desktops.

Hi, I have populated Business Services in CDMB with various entries. However we are finding that our Technicians can't edit an existing Bussiness Service entry or create a new one. The edit and new buttons are not visible. They are when I try with my admin rights. Obviously our Technicians do not have full admin rights on SD+ What can I do to fix this please? thanks Chris

Merge requests after a search in request list view
Good afternoon, I have notice a strange occurrence when I am searching in the request list view. I search for a string in the subject field, and it gives me the list of requests with that string. I then merge a few of these requests. If I do this multiple times, after a while they no longer merge. Moving Monitor groups to sub groups.
I noticed that there is no way to move a Monitor Group into a sub-group of another Monitor group. I am currently going through and cleaning up all our monitors, i kinda wish for this feature. Moving sub groups between Monitor groups would also be favorable. Cheers.
