OpManager11 - Unable to see devices

OpManager11 - Unable to see devices

Morning all

We currently have a problem when it comes to searching for Servers within OpManager.

For example I type in one of our Servers . SR064 and it comes up with the below

Unable to find the object : sr064.smartservice.qld.gov.au

Now if i type in a random server (one I know doesn't live within our network) e.g. SR030000

Sorry your search returned no results.  Click here to add a device.

If I try to add SR064 back into OpManager - It reports : Device already present in the System:

I have shutdown the OpManager server and run the RepairDB bat (with the /sh line also)

I have hit a wall at why the system know's about the device (even emails us alerts but doesnt show details when searched - 

NOTE : We have a number of devices with the same issue (about 5 - 10)
