Installed Service Desk Plus 9.0.44. I set up notification of the author by e-mail of the receipt of

the request, the appointment of Responsibility persons, about its closing and updating of the request.

Notifications by e-mail only get the receipt of the request. What is the cause and how to fix it?

The license is not installed.
