so... OM was running on an old version v10... We decided it was about time to update... So after verifying that everything was working in OP we started the update... First to Build 11100 and then 11500... but after starting the service the webpage for OM was dead... So times we were able to see the URL change from localhost to localhost\login.do? (something .do) 

we shutdown the service and manually started it... didnt work... we even changed the port... still didnt work...

so we downgraded to 11100 and everything worked again... 

and just to be sure... we again updated which resolted with the same error or lack there of... so we are currently sitting at version 11100...

but on a different network we were able to update to 11500 without any issues...
