Locking Technician Availability Chart
Hi, Sometimes when i'm checking the technician's availability chart and i scroll down and want to see the days i have to scroll up again to see wich day is refering to a specific status, for example like in excel that yo lock the upper line and you can scroll down all you want and the main line with the cells names don get lost. So it would be easier to check all the days and technicians without scroll down or up several times. Regards.

issues with URLs in SDP 9204
Since upgrading to SDP build 9204, we have noticed an issue in which the URLs in the notification emails that requesters, approvers, etc., receive do not link to the appropriate request, but redirect to the home page of the SDP instead. We have also noticed this issue with some of our reports as well. When clicking on a link to access an auto-generated report under the Reports tab, the URL points to a random request instead of the specific report. Has anyone else seen this issue? Does anyone know
logs missing
hi support team, the eventlog analyzer was collecting logs till yesterday 12:00pm but today there are no logs for any hosts, the columns show "0" logs for the hosts. now there are no logs in the database at all. however the eventlog analyzerstill receives logs for the hosts, as shown in the raw log packet capture tool in eventlog analyze. please see attachments. regards, udk7

In the "pick hosts" tab, I see 2 links to scan the domain the pickup a list of host names. We have tried both multiple times but they never bring anything back. what are the steps to remedy this?
Email notification for Notes
I noticed that when a technician adds a note to a request there is no option to send email notification to the requestor, only to the technician. If the technician is adding the note there is not much value in sending an email to themselves but the option to notify the requestor would be important
Unable to deploy IE11 patch (KB3124275)
I am currently trying to deploy the patch update (KB3124275) through desktop central and for whatever reason I cannot get it to deploy on any computer. I have tried manually installing the update which works absolutely fine. When trying to deploy the update it states is "Not Applicable" when I know for a fact that it should be applicable as I have tested manually. Anyone run into this issue before? Good morning! I'm trying to add a SQL server host and am encountering an issue. I've used the host name, the FQDN and the IP address with the same result: when I click the save icon, I get the error: "Problem in adding 'hostname' Host". Tasks left open when request closed
Sometimes a request gets opened by and end user with a template that has tasks associated with it. In some cases, the request really does not need to be done or is resolved without going thru all the tasks. IN these cases, I have found that if the request is closed, the tasks still show in My Open Tasks view. The system should either force you to close or delete all the tasks before the request can be closed, or preferably, close all tasks associated with a request if the request is closed.

I'm having an issue with the Message template. Tables are impossible to edit when built in the template using the Insert Table button.
